Each other as follows, the said H.V. Luttichau and Sue V. Luttichau in
Consideration of the premises hereinafter made by the said Susan do hereby
promise Covenant and agree with said Susan to take full Charge of the
boy Willy, to feed cloth and Educate him fairly and to train him to do
general field work until the said boy Willy arrives at the age of twenty
one. Said Willy being at these writings about three years old, and the
said Susan, daughter of Jim President Colored in consideration of the
premises hereinbefore made by H.V. Luttichau and Sue V. Luttichau doth
on her part Covenant and agree with the said H.V. Luttichau and Sue
V. Luttichau to hereby release and renounce all and every claim or authority
over a certain male child named and designated as Willy from this day
until the said Willy shall arrive at the age of twenty one years.

Thence from place of beginning run East nine hundred feet. Thence
North(962) Nine hundred and Sixty two feet to South side of Main
Street. Thence West and along Main Street to terminus of the
first line, th said land being and Situate in the town of Windsor
according to plat thereof recorded in Book S pages 242 & 243
