claims of all persons claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof
by from under or through the said Minnie Bagaley Executrix of the Estate
of Sarah E. McAllister her heirs or assigns, And the said party of the first
part further Covenants promises and agrees to and with the said party of the
second part that she the said party of the first part and her heirs Shall and
will at any and at all times hereafter upon the request and at the cost
of the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns make execute
deliver and acknowledge all such other Deed or Deeds or other assurance
