1st  Ordered that the Tax Books of D.A. Fryer 
be received
2nd Ordered that the Account of L. McCall &Co 
amt six dollars & 79/100 be allowed and paid
3rd Ordered that the Account of F.J. McCall 
for examining the tax Books be allowed 
and paid Amount Fifteen dollars
4th  Ordered that Wiley Hicks be paid Two dollars 
for the returns from Waldo to Gainsville
5th Ordered that M. Beck be paid Two dollars 
for bringing the Election Returns from Orange 
Creek Precinct to Gainesville
6th Ordered that D.A. Friers Account for 
summoning Inquest Jury in case J.K. Cauthen 
dec'd be allowed and paid
7th Ordered that W.C. Castons A/c as Coroner 
in the case of J.K. Cauthen dec'd amt 
Thirty dollars & fifty Cents be allowed and 
paid
8th Ordered that A.J. Moore be paid the 
Amount of his Account for carrying 
Election Returns from Wacassa to Gainsville 
amount Eight dollars
9th Ordered that J.D. Geiger be paid One dollar 
and fifty Cents for bringing Election returns 
from Archer to Gainsville
10th Ordered that W.H. Vincents Account of 
two dollars for repairing well be paid
11th Ordered that Geo R. Clotfellers bill as 
Coroner in the case of Edward Cauthen 
Dec'd Amt Thirty Seven dollars be paid
