12th Ordered That Wm G. Cade, S.A. Lane and 
Benj'n P. Boulware be appointed Commissioners 
to inquire into the Correctness of the tax 
return on the Land of Ro. Archer and 
make report to the County Commissioners 
under Oath as soon as practible thereafter
13th Ordered that R.E. Johnson, A.W. Cook and 
R.S. Stoughton be appointed Commissioners to 
inquire into the Correctness of the tax return 
on the Negroes of John T. McIntosh and 
to make report to the County Commissioners under 
Oath as soon as practible thereafter
14th Ordered that the account of S.R.  Pyles 
for building the Bridge over Mill Creek by Puser 
for One hundred & Twenty dollars be 
docked Twenty dollars and that One 
hundred dollars (only) be paid for said 
Bridge According to the report of Com
missioners Strickland & Sparkman
