   At a meeting of the board of County Com
missioners present Wm Strickland, C. Rain 
J.M. Sparkman Mathew Hinson and 
E.H. Jordan President of the board
1st   Ordered that the Treasurer of the County be 
requested to furnish the Judge of Probate 
a list of the Expenses of the County 
for the year 1860
2     Ordered that the account of George 
W. Ramsey for bringing Election returns 
from Fort Walker precinct Oct 5 
1860 be paid amount Two dollars
3    Ordered that the account of John 
Sparkman for bringing Election returns 
from Waldo be paid amount Two 
& 10/100 dollars
4     Ordered that the account of J. M. 
Sparkman for examining Bridge & 
milage Am't Six dollars be paid
5    Ordered that the account of Wm Strick
land for Examining Bridge & milage 
amt five & 60/100 dollars be paid
6    Ordered that the account of F. McCall 
for Blank books for Sheriff amt 
Ten & 90/100 dollars be paid
7th Ordered that the Commissioners 
Appointed to reassess the Taxable 
property of John M. Miller, J.M. 
Geiger and Robert Archer be required 
to report on or before the 22nd day 
of April 1861 to the board of 
County Commissioners
	The board adjourned to meet again 
on Monday the 22nd day of April 1861
