                          State of Florida - Alachua County
Know all men by these presents that we Patience E. Smith, Mary C. Smith James W. Smith
and William Smith for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to us in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto Geo J. Arnow Augustus H. Mathers James W.
Smith Charles H. Christman and John T. Miller Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church South in
the town of Micanopy County and State aforesaid the following described lot or parcel of land:
One Town Lot being the same on which the Church building Known as the Methodist
Episcopal Church South now stands containing one acre more or less and Known and
described in Smiths addition to said town as lot four (4) block one (1) Range two (2) Town=
ship one (1) lying and being in said town of Micanopy To have and to hold the aforesaid
granted premises to the said George J. Arnow, Augustus H. Mather James W. Smith Charles
H. Christman and John T. Miller Trustees aforesaid and their successors in office in fee
Simple forever. And we the said Patience E. Smith, Mary C. Smith, James W. Smith and
William Smith hereby covenant that we will and our heirs administrators and
executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said George J. 
Arnow Augustus H. Mather James W. Smith, Charles H. Christman and John T. Miller 
Trustees aforesaid and their successors in office forever against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons And I Annie F. Smith wife of James W. Smith one of the grantors
in the above and foregoing deed do hereby relinquish all claim to dower in the afore=
mentioned premises. In witness whereof we hereunto set our hands and seals this 12Mth

the relinquishment and renunciation of dower in the above deed is made freely
and voluntarily without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
my husband James W. Smith. Witness my hand and seal this 14th day of September 1875
