This Indenture Witnesseth that the Grantor C.H. Waite widower of the
in the County of Cook and State of Illinois for and in consideration of the Sum
of Three thousand Dollars in hand paid Convey and Warrant to Gennie Griffin of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida the following described Real Estate, to wit
Commencing thirty (3) feet North of the North east corner of the George Savage lot in
the North East Corner of Gainesville and running due West five and one (5 1/2) half Chains
to within forty (40) feet of the lot formerly owned by the estate of N. Spencer Decd
Thence North (19 1/2) Nineteen and one half Chains to the Section line thence East (5 1/2)
five and one half chains thence South (19 1/2) Nineteen and one half Chains to the point
of beginning. All in Section four (4) Town ten (10) Range twenty (20) East
containing Eleven (11) acres of land more or less Subject to an incumbrance of
fifteen hundred dollars to L.L. Hill. Situated in the City of Gainesville in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State
