and their Successors forever, all that certain tract of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows
Two acres of land in the North West Corner of the South West quarter of the South East quarter
in Section Twenty Seven (27) Township Eleven (11) South range Twenty two (22) East containing
Two acres. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof, And also, all the estate, right, title, interest
dower and right of dower, Separate estate property, possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the Second part of the first part, of, in, and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances; To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the
second part their successors to thier own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said part _ of the first part for himself heirs executors and administrators
do covenant promise and agree to and with the said parties of the second part their successors
that the said part of the first part at the time of the Sealing and delivery of these
presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute and indefeasible
Estate of inheritance, of, and in, all and Singular the above granted, bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances thereto belonging and I have good right
full power, and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell, and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid, And that the said parties of the second part their Successors
Shall and may at all times hereafter peacefully and quietly have, hold, use, occupy
possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances, without any let, suit, trouble, molestation, eviction or disturbance
of the said part of the first part or his heirs or assigns or of any other person or persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same, And that the same are now free, clear, discharged, and
unencumbered of and from all former and other grants, titles, charges, estates, Judgments,
taxes, assessments and incumbrances of what nature and Kind soever. I trust that said
premises shall be used, kept, maintained and disposed of as a place of divine worship
for the use of the ministry and membership of the Methodist Episcopal Church
South, Subject to the discipline usage and ministerial appointments of said
church as from time to time authorized and declared by the General Conference
of said Church and the annual Conference within whose bounds the said premises
are situate, And the said party of the first part, for himself and his heirs, the
above described and hereby granted and released premises, and every part and parcel
thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the Second part
their Successors against the said part_ of the first part and his heirs and against
all and every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to Claim the same
shall and will warrant, and by these presents forever defend, In Witness Whereof the
said part_ of the part do hereunto set his hand and seal the day and Year first
above written
