County of Alachua } Be it known that before me a Justice of the Peace
personally appeared U.F. Tillis and Mary M. Tillis who severally acknowledged
that they executed the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein expressed
and I further Certify that the said Mary M. Tillis at an examination
separate and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that
she executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance, and Joined in the
same for the purpose of relinquishing all dower or right of dower
in and to the premises described therein and that the relinquishment
of dower was made freely and voluntarily and without any fear
or constraint from her husband the said

        Alachua County   } Whereas, under and by virtue of a final
decree of foreclosure of Mortgage, made and rendered on the 11th day of
November AD 1898 by Hon W.A. Hocker Judge of the Circuit Court, in
and for Alachua County Florida, in a certain cause there pending
on the Chancery side fo said Court whereon Margaret F. Hammerly
was complainant and Sarah L. Mattair and J.B. Mattair, her husband,
were defendants, I, J.A. Ammons, as Special Master in Chancery by
appointment of the Court, have advertised the property hereinafter
described for sale at public outcry before the Court House door in
the City of Gainesville Alachua County, Florida, on Monday, the 3rd day
of April AD 1899 during the legal hours of sale according to law;
and Whereas on the said 3rd day of April AD 1899 I, J.A. Ammons, as
Special Master as aforesaid, did expose the said property for Sale at
public outcry before the Court house door, in the City of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida, during the legal hours of sale to the highest
bidder, and Whereas, at said Sale of the Said property W.W. Hampton,
of Alachua County, Florida, became the purchaser thereof, and therefor, at
and for the sum of one Hundred (100) Dollars, that being the highest
bid made at said Sale of said property and he being the bidder
thereof and therefor; Now Know all men by these presents; That I J.A.
Ammons, as Special Master in Chancery as aforesaid, under and by
virtue of the said final decree and under and by virtue of Said
