              The United States of America, To all to whom these presents
shall come Greeting, whereas in pursuance of the Act of Congress approved
September 28th 1850 entitled "An act granting Bounty Land to certain
officers and Soldiers who have been engaged in Military Service of the
United States" Warrant No 29,191 for 80 acres issued in favor of Lucy
Perry widow of Joshua Perry deceased, private in Captain Douglass Com
pany South Carolina Militia War 1812 has been returned to the
General Land Office with evidence that the Same has been duly located
upon the West half of the North West quarter of Section Fourteen in
Township Ten South of Range Twenty two East in the District of Lands
Subject to Sale at Newnansville Florida containing Eighty acres and
ten hundredths of an acre, according to the official plat of the Survey
of said Land returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor Gener
al, Now Know Ye That there is therefore granted by the United States
unto the said Lucy Perry the tract of land above described To have
and to hold the tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof unto
the said Lucy Perry and to her heirs and assigns forever
In Testimony whereof I Franklin Pierce President of the United
States of America have caused these Letters to be made Patent and
the seal of the General Land office to be hereunto affixed
Given under my hand at the City of Washington the first day of
October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty
Six and of the Independence of the United States the Eighty first

This Indenture made the 6th day of April in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and ninety nine, between E.A. Buck and
Lilly Buck his wife of the County of ___ and State of Georgia parties
of the first part and Leonilla Baker wife of P.H. Baker of Alachua
County Florida party of the Second part, Witnesseth That the Said parties
of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars
and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the Said party
of the Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and her
