Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that I W.D. Evins of
the State and County aforesaid for the purpose and in consideration
of the Establishment of a permanent School in the vicinity of Evinston
have given bargained and conveyed and do hereby give bargain
and convey unto F.B. Hester J.L. Wolfenden and W.P. Shettleworth
as trustees a certain lot of land in the aforesaid State and
County Situate lying and being in Section 32 Township 11 Range
21 containing about Two thirds of an acre and having such lines and
boundaries as the following to wit Beginning at the North East Corner
of the Whittemore lot running thence due East Three Chains
and thirty Links to a Stake on the dividing line between J.R. Little
and the said W.D. Evins thence due South Two Chains to a Stake
on said dividing line thence West Three Chains and Thirty Links to
a Stake on the East line of the Whittimore lot and thence North
Two chains to point of beginning to have and to hold the
sane to the said Tustees and their successors forever in trust
and upon the condition that the said School be permanently continued
by the said Trustees or their successors, otherwise this conveyance
shall become null and void and the said lot shall be reconveyed
to the said W.D. Evins or his heirs, and I the said W.D. Evins bind
myself and my heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the right
and title to the said land unto the said Trustees against all
persons lawfully Claiming the same. Given under my hand
and seal this second day of December 1893
