This Indenture made this tenth day of April A.D. 1899, Between
S. Lizzie Metcalf and W.S. Metcalf her husband of the County of Middlesex, and
State of Massachusetts parties of the first part and Mrs A.E. Warner of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth,
that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Twelve Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained sold and transferred and by these presents
do bargain sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and more
particularly described as Follows: Starting at the quarter section corner (1/2 mile
corner) on the boundary of Section Thirty Six (36) in Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty two (22) East as proved up by the U.S. Government Field notes run South
(var 20° 52L) Twenty (20 chs) chains thence East three chains and nineteen (3.19 ch) Links
to the North East corner of the Lot to be herein deeded, said point to be forever fixed
(regardless of variation and measurements) by the following witness trees: N301 41 E33

the grove fourteen chains and thirty six (14.36chs) Links to point to be forever
fixed by the following marked witness trees N 360 301 E13 Links SW Gum, N780 411E

Point to be the South East corner of this lot; and the East boundary of the lot;
And the East boundary of the Lot to be forever fixed by the straight line between
the NE and SE each fixed by its respective witness coming back to the
North East corner of the lot run West Six Chains and forty seven (6,47ch) Links to
the NE corner of the Young Lot, thence South five chains and seventy (5,70ch) Links
and thence West along the south side of the Young lot eight chains and
thirty nine (8,39ch) Links to the Edge of Little Orange Lake and thence South East
and East along the margin of said Lake back to the South East corner of the
Lot, Also a twelve foot road along the North side of our own lands (adjoining)
so that a convenient outlet can be had to the railroad. Together with all the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances as with the privilege right title
interest and estate dower and right of dower, reversion remainder and
easement thereto belong or in anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the
same in fee simple forever, And the said parties of the first part as covenant with
the said party of the second part, that they are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free of all incumbrance and that they have a good right
