A.D. 1899 before me John Amee a Notary Public personally appeared to me known
to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing conveyance to Annie
E. Warner and severally acknowledged thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said S. Lizzie Metcalf
the wife of the said W.S. Metcalf on a separate and private examination
taken and made by me separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge that she made herself a party to the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of renouncing relinquishing and conveying all her
right title and interest whether of dower or of separate statutory or
equitable in and to the lands therein described and that she
executed said deed freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
fear apprehension or compulsion of or from her said husband

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents That the
Evergreen Cemetery Association a Corporation under the laws of Florida
operated in the County aforesaid, for, and in consideration of Ten
Dollars to it in hand paid does by these presents grant, alien and
convey unto Joseph E. Waugh Wm C. Jackson & Joseph Manasse Master
and Wardens of Gainesville Lodge #41 F & AM all of Gainesville Fla their
successors assigns the following piece of land in Alachua County
Florida particularly described upon the plat of Evergreen Cemetery as
recorded among public records of said County as follows, to wit;
Block Thirty 36 six Block Thirty Six of Section Three To Have and to Hold
the same unto aforesaid Master and Wardens & their successors and
assigns forever, as a place of permanent interment for white persons
under the rules and regulations of this Association, not to exceed
one interment in each lot. Provided However and these Presents
are upon this express condition, that no transfer of the above
granted premises can be made without the consent of this association
in writing
