Evergreen Cemetery Association     }

Centre Lodge No. 11. I.O.O.F.      }
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents, That the
Evergreen Cemetery Association a corporation under the laws of
Florida operated in the County aforesaid for, and in consideration
of Ten Dollars to it in hand paid does by these presents grant
alien and convey unto the said Minot B. Saunders Robt L. Robb & Alonzo M.
Cushman Trustees of Centre Lodge No. 11 Independent Order Odd Fellows
Gainesville Fla their successors and assigns the following piece 
of Land in Alachua County Florida particularly described upon 
the plat of Evergreen Cemetery as recorded among public records 
of said County as follows, to wit; Block 37 Block thirty seven of Section 
Three, To Have and to Hold the same unto aforesaid Trustees and their successors 
and assigns forever, as a place of permanent interment for white persons, under 
the rules and regulations of this Association, not to exceed one interment in each lot. 
Provided however and these Presents are upon this express condition, that no 
transfer of the above granted premises can be made without the consent of this 
Association in writing. Witness the signature and seal of this Association
by its authorized officers at its office in the City of Gainesville, Florida
on this twenty seventh day of May A.D. 1899
