me personally appeared A.O. Steenburg & Jennie W. Steenburg his wife, to me well
known as the persons described in and who executed the foregoing deed, and
Severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and the said Jennie W. Steenburg, wife
of the said A.O. Steenburg, on an examination taken and made Separately and
a part from her said husband, did acknowledge before me that she made
herself a party to the said conveyance and executed the same for the purposes
of releasing and relinquishing all her dower and right of dower in and
to the land tenement, and hereditaments derein described and thereby granted
and released, and at such releasing and relinquishing of all her dower and
right of dower was made by her freely and voluntarily and without compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
