Hillsboro County  } Know all men by these presents; that I J E Dodd of the
aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Two
hundred and Eighty five ($285) Dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs. Martha
McCall of the County of Alachua in the state of Florida the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said Mrs Martha McCall
all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated and being in the 
county of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Lot numbered five (5) in Block number ten (10) in the Foster Addition
to the town of High Springs Florida commencing at a stake in the North
West corner of said Lot five (5) of Block ten (10) and running south to a Stake
Sixty six (66) feet; run thence East one hundred and fifty (150) feet to a
Stake; thence North one hundred and forty one (141) feet to a stake; thence
West one hundred and sixty seven (167) feet to the place of beginning'
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appurtaining To Have and To Hold the same
unto her the said Mrs Martha McCall and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute, And I the said J E Dodd do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Mrs Martha McCall that I am lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that I have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever; and that I will and my heirs
executors, administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same.

on this 29 day of July AD 1899
