certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit:
The North east quarter of the North west quarter and the Southwest quarter of
the North west quarter of Section 30 in Township 9 S of Range 21 East
containing by estimation Eighty acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto him the
said Henry R. Patrick and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever all and every my right, title interest, claim and demand of every
character whatsoever, which I have in and to the said property and every
part and parcel thereof. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seal on this 20 day of January AD 1899

Alachua County       } I hereby certify That on this 20th day of January AD 1899
before me personally appeared Mrs L.M. Rivers wife of J.M. Rivers the grantor in
the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledged before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing renouncing and conveying all her right to dower in
and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment renunciation
and conveyance of her right of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband.
