Alachua County       } Know all men by these Presents That We U.F. Tillis
and Mary M. Tillis his wife of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of Four hundred and Eighty Five Dollars to me in
hand paid by Evans Haile and John F. Bartleson of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have
granted bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these
presents do grant, bargain sell convey and quit claim unto them the said
Evans Haile and John F. Bartleson all that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at the South East Corner of Block One (1) of Range Six (6)
