                This Indenture made this Fourteenth day of June AD 1897 between George R.
Fairbanks and Susan B. Fairbanks his wife of the County of Nassau in the State of Florida
parties of the first part, and Alice W. Forster of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida party of the second part; Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
Granted Bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land, to wit: The West half of Lot Twenty Nine
(29) of Section No 27 T9 R19 of the Arredondo Grant as designated on plat of
said Section made by Miller & Jenkins, And the said party of the first part doth
hereby fully warrant the title to Said land and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, In Witness Whereof the said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above
written

recorded, said Susan B. Fairbanks renouncing all claim of dower in said premises
on a private & Separate examination.
