Alachua County } Know all men by these presents: That we William Trapp
and wife Della Trapp, Thompson Trapp Jr and wife Laura C. Trapp, Paris Trapp & wife
Laura Trapp, A.J. Trap & wife Mary J. Trapp, Willis Gardner and wife Marion Gardner
Edward Perry & wife Eliza Perry, G.W. Childs and wife Amelia Childs & Harvey Childs and wife
Cherry Childs of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of One hundred (100) Dollars to us in hand paid by L.L. Trapp
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained, Sold conveyed and quit claimed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto him the
said L.L. Trapp all that certain lot piece or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: commence 440 feet South of South
West Corner of SE4 of NE4 Section four (4) in Township ten (10) South
Range Eighteen (18) East, Thence South 20 chains to a corner Thence West
30 chains to a corner Thence North 20 chs to a corner, Thence East 30
chs to beginning containing by estimation 60 acres of land more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same
unto him the said L.L. Trapp and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever, all and every, my right, title, interest, claim and demand of
every character whatsoever, which I have in and to the said property and
every parcel thereof. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our hand
and affixed our seals on this 5th day of October AD 1899
