The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents: That we L.L. Trapp and Mary L. Trapp his wife 
Alachua County       } of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the Sum of Twenty five 
Dollars to us in hand paid by Cherry Childs of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt 
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained Sold conveyed and quit claimed, and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey and quit claim unto her the said Cherry Childs all that certain lot, piece tract or parcel of land 
Situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly Known and described as 
follows to wit: Lot No Three (3) in the SE4 of Section 4 Tp 10 S Range 18 E Said lot being a Subdivision of the Estate of 
Thompson Trapp Sr as Surveyed by J.W. Patton County Surveyor, containing by estimation 6 2/3 acres 
of land, more or less, Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to 
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Cherry
Childs and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns forever, all and every my right, title 
interest, claim and demand of every character whatsoever, which I have in and to the said 
property and every part and parcel thereof. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our hands 
and affixed our seals on this 5th day of October AD 1899

Alachua County       } I hereby Certify That on this 5th day of October AD 1899 before me personally 
appeared Mrs Mary L. Trapp wife of L.L. Trapp the grantor in the foregoing conveyance 
who being first duly questioned and examined by me Separate and apart from her said husband 
says and acknowledges before me that She did sign the said deed of conveyance 
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing and conveying all of her right 
of dower in and to the land in said deed described above and that said relinquish
ment renunciation and conveyance of all of her right of dower was done and made by her 
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension 
of fear of or from her said husband.
