and State for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred Dollars
to us in hand paid by P.E. Holton of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said P.E. Holton all that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly Known and de
scribed as follows to wit Beginning at the South East corner of
Lot Three (3) Block Forty seven (47) in the Town of Fairmount Alach
ua County Florida, said town being now Known as High Springs
and running from thence west one hundred (100) feet Thence North
