This conveyance made the 9th day of September AD 1898 between George R. Fairbanks
and Susan B. Fairbanks parties of the first part and the County School board of Alachua
County State Fla partie of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part do hereby grant sell and convey to said party of the
second part for the purpose of erecting a school house thereon the following
described tract of land lying in section Eight, Township Twelve Range 22 in the
County of Alachua beginning at the NW Corner of a five acre tract sold and conveyed
to Charles Miller running thence South two hundred feet thence West two hundred
feet thence North two hundred feet, and thence East two hundred feet to the
beginning. To Have and to Hold unto the said party of the second part and
their successors in office forever.
In Witness whereof said parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year first above written.

freely & voluntarily without any fear constraint or compulsion of her said husband
