Florida Teritory       This indenture made this twenty 
Alachua County    SS   second day of November 
                       one thousand and eight hundred 
and & thirty four between Benjamin Harn of the County and 
Teritory aforesaid of the one part Charles Waldron 
of the same place Witnesseth that the said Benjamin 
Harn hath this day made and delivered to the said 
Charles Waldron his certain promissory note subscribed by 
his hand and bearing date even with these presents 
whereby the said Benjamin Harn hath promised 
to pay the said Charles Waldron or bearer Two 
hundred & twenty three 57/100 dollars on or before the 
thirty first day of January next entering the date 
hereof for value received
	Now for and in consideration of the sum of five
dollars by the said Charles Waldron to the said Benjamin 
Harn in hand paid the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged as well as for the better securing 
the payment of the aforesaid promissory note 
the said Benjamin Harn hath granted bargained 
and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain
