the use benefit and behoof of her the said Zelpha Caroline 
Colding for and during the time of her natural 
life and upon the death of the said Caroline then in 
trust for him the said W.H.G. Sanders and if he the said 
W.H.G. Sanders depart this life before the said Zelpha Caroline 
then upon the death of the said Zelpha Caroline in trust 
for the legal heirs of him the said W.H.G. Sanders and 
it is specially agreed & understood between the parties to 
these presents that all of the above granted bargained sold 
and discribed property shall be and remain in the 
possession and under the control and direction of her the the 
said Zelpha Caroline and she shall without any 
interference on the part of him the said Tho’s Colding 
Sen, use said property and receive and enjoy the service 
and avails and proceeds of the slaves and increase and increase 
of the stock aforesaid   In witness whereof 
the parties to these presents have hereunto set their 
hand and seals the day & year first above written
