proffits and interest of the said property to and for the 
joint use and benefit of the said Mary K. And Geo W. 
And the benefit and support of the issue of the said 
intended marriage and from and after the death of either 
of them the said Mary K. and Geo W. as shall first 
happen that the said William his heirs Executors 
administrators and assigns shall and will permit the 
survivor of them to receive and take all each issues 
proffits increase and profits To and for the use benefit 
and support maintainance of such survivor and to and
for the support maintanance and education of the issue 
of the said intended marriage, and after the death of 
both of the said parties the said Geo W. and Mary K. 
then the said William Hope his heirs or Executors ad’r 
and assigns shall convey and assign said property to the 
children the issue of said intended marriage or to such 
as shall then be alive also should it be thought neces
sary and propper at any time to sell and convey any 
part of said property, then the consent and approval 
of such sale shall first be had of the said Mary K. 
And the proffits of the said sale shall be appropriated 
to the benefit and use of the said Geo W. and Mary 
K. and her issue by the said Geo W., and it is further 
understood that the said William Hope his ad’r 
or Exe’r or assigns shall have the management and 
controal of said property or such individual as he shall 
appoint for the purposes aforesaid
