the City and County of New York Do Hereby Certify 
that Evert Winman Jun. whose name is subscribed to the 
Certificate of the proof or acknowledgment of the annexed 
Indenture or Instrument in Writing and thereon written 
was on the day and of date of said Certificate a 
Commissioner in and for the City of and County of
aforesaid dwelling in the said City Commissioned and 
sworn and duly authorized by law to take the 
proof and acknowledgment of Deed and discharges 
of Mortgages &c   And further that I am acquainted 
with the hand-writing of said Commissioner and 
verally believe that the signature Evert Wenman Jr 
subscribed to said Certificate is the proper hand 
writing of the said Commissioner
	In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my 
hand and affixed the seal of said County
