and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof
To have and to hold the said tracts and parcels of Land and premises
hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the Appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to the
only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part his heirs and Assigns forever Provided always nevertheless that
if the said parties of the first part their heirs Executors Administrators
or Assigns shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the said party of the second part his executors, Administrators or assigns
the aforesaid debt of One thousand four hundred and ninety dollars
and ninety seven cents on the twenty ninth day of March in the year
of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty six with interest
thereon at the rate of Eight per centum per Annum from the
sixth day of February last past until paid, then and from thence
forth this present Indenture and the estate hereby granted shall cease
determine and become absolutely null and void to all intents and purposes
any thing herein before Contained to the contrary in anywise notwithstanding
