City and County of New York    SS   Be it remembered that on 
the fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven before 
me Ambrose Kirtland one of the Commissioners for 
taking the proof and acknowledgments of deeds &c 
appointed in and for the said City & County personaly 
appeared Richard S. Hackley to me know to be the person 
discribed and who executed the before written Deed 
and acknowledgment and acknowledged that he 
executed the same for the use and purposes therein 
mentioned

of said Borough of Norfolk  do hereby Certify that H. 
Hackley wife of Richard S. Hackley party to a certain 
deed bearing date the fourteenth day of December in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty 
seven and hereunto annexed personly appeared before me 
in the Borough aforesaid and being examined by me 
privily and appart from her husband and having the 
deed aforesaid fully explained to her she the said H. 
Hackley acknowledged the same to be her act & deed and 
declared that she had willingly signed sealed and delivered 
the same and she wished not to retract it

           In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & 
           affixed the seal of my office this twenty 
           eight day of December in the year of our 
           Lord one thousand one thousand eight hun
           dred and twenty seven and in the fifty 
           second of the Common Welth
