	This Indenture made and entered into this 
ninth day of January One thousand eight hundred 
and thirty five Between William G. Sanders and 
Zelpha Caroline Sanders his wife of the one part 
and William Gibbons of the second part all of 
the County of Alachua in the Teritory of Florida 
Witnesseth that whereas the said parties of the first 
part have this day executed and delivered unto the 
said party of the second part three several promissory 
notes payable to the said William Gibbons or 
order one of which said promissory note for the 
sum of one hundred dollars is payable on the first 
day of January 1836 Another for the same amount 
payable on the first day of January AD 1837 
and the third also for the same amount payable on 
the first day of January AD 1838.  And whereas 
the said parties of the first part are desirous 
in a satisfactory manner to the said party of the 
second part the due payment of the said notes 
as the same may respectfully fall due and 
become payable Now therefore in the consideration 
of the premises and of the sum of one dollar 
by the said party of the second part to the par
ties of the first part in hand paid at and be
fore the ensealing and delivery of these presents 
the said parties of the first part have bargained 
sold aliened transferred and conveyed and by these 
presents do bargain sell alien transfer and convey 
unto the said party of the second part and 
his heirs and assigns all their right title interest 
claim demand and property whatever whether as 
proprietor in fee or tenant in ****** or any 
other **** or other how in and to all that certain 
tract or parcel of land situate in the County of
