after such failure according to law and that 
the Judge must upon said foreclosure after 
satisfying the amount due at the time of its 
rendering shall remain open and apperat*** to 
secure the satisfaction of the remaining notes as they may 
respectfully thereafter fall due and that Judgment 
shall and may be entered up and execution 
issue upon such foreclosure in the same 
tenor in the same manner as other Judgments 
are entered an executions issue at common 
law
