This Indenture made and entered into 
this twenty ninth day of September A.D. 
Eighteen hundred and thirty four Between 
Isaac Silcock of the County of Columbia 
and Teritory of Florida of the one part 
and Ann Munroe of the aforesaid 
County and Territory of the other part   
Witnesseth that for and in consideration 
of the natural love and affection I have 
for my Wife Rachel Silcock and for and 
in consideration of the sum of one dollar 
to me in hand paid by the said Ann 
Munroe the party of the secon part at and 
before the ensealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
and all further claim thereof released.  
I have bargained sold and delivered, and 
do by these presents, bargain sell, and deliver 
to the said Ann Munroe, My entire Stock 
of Cattle consisting of about fifty head 
marked with a Split and under square 
in one Ear, and a Split in the other 
and branded M   and also my entire 
Stock of hogs, consisting of about thirty 
head, marked with the same mark as 
the Cattle, and one Indian pony mare 
together with the future issue and increase 
of the said Cattle, hogs and mare To 
have and to hold the above discribed and 
conveyed property unto the said Ann 
Munroe and her executors forever.
  In Trust nevertheless to and for the uses 
and purposes herein after expressed
