	Know all men by these presents that I 
Willouby Hodges of Alachua County of the Ter
itory of Florida - do make this as my last 
Will and Testament Viz -- I give and be
queath unto Robert Lanier the one half of the 
Cattle owned by me - I give and bequeath 
to Isaac Lanier the remaining one half of 
all the Cattle owned and claimed by me I give 
and bequeath unto Augustine Silvester all the right 
and title the improvements which I claim where 
the said A. Silvester is now living and occupy
ing together together with the rest of said place 
I give and bequeath unto Merlenthy Lanier a certain 
lot of hogs viz nineteen head of hogs which are 
marked with my mark - I give and bequeath 
unto Isaac Lanier and Robert Lanier thirty head 
of hogs together with nine sows & twenty one shoats 
to be equally divided between the said Isaac
