reciting that the said Moses Elias Levy was possessed of 
or entitled to certain tracts of land situate in the province 
and Teritory of east Florida therein afterward more 
particularly discribed and reciting that the said 
Moses Elias Levy having occasion for the sum of 
fifty thousand fracs money of France had applied 
to the said Seraphina Chauveteau to lend 
and advance him the same which she had consented 
to do upon having the repament of the same 
secured to her with interest at the rate of six per cent 
per annum in the manner there in after contained It 
was witnessed, that for and in consideration of 
the sum of fifty thousand to the said Moses Elias 
Levy paid by the said Seraphina Chauveteau he 
the said Moses Elias Levy did grant bargain sell 
alien release and confirm unto the said Seraphina 
Chauveteau her heirs and assigns forever all the 
several tracts and parcels of land situate in the 
province and Teritory of east Florida therein more 
particular mentioned and discribed and subject 
or therein mentioned together with the appurtenances 
there unto belonging with a proviso that in use the 
said Moses Elias Levy his heirs executors administrators 
or assigns should from time to time on the thirteenth 
day of July and the thirteenth day of January of 
each and every year during the space of six years 
from the date thereof well and truly pay or cause 
to be paid to the said Seraphina Chauveteau her 
heirs executors administrators or assigns at Paris afore
said - interest on the aforesaid sum of fifty thousand 
francs at the rate of six per cent per annum 
and also should on or before the said thirteenth 
day of January one thousand eight hundred 
and thirty two pay or cause to be paid the
