full sum of Fifty thousand francs to the said 
Seraphina Chauveteau she the said Seraphina Chau
veteau should reconvey and reassign all and 
singular the tracts of land hereditaments and prem
ises thereby granted and released with all their their 
appurtenances unto the said Moses Elias Levy his heirs and 
assigns for ever or as he or they should direct and 
appoint and it is also further provided amongst 
other thing that it should be lawful for the said 
Seraphina Chauveteau her heirs and assigns in 
***  defalt shall be made in payment of the said 
sum of fifty thousand francs and interest at the rate 
aforesaid aforesaid to inter into have hold have hold 
have hold occupy and possess all and singular the 
tracts and parcils of land thereby intended to be released 
and conveyed with the appurtenances and it is 
further provided also that in case defalt shall 
happen to be made in two half yearly payments 
of interest at the rate and terms and places aforesaid 
it shall be lawful for the said Seraphina Chauve
teau her heirs executors administrators or assigns 
immediately to demand payment of the said sum 
of fifty thousand francs and all interest then due 
thereon not withstanding the term of six years for which 
the same sum of money is thereby intended to be ad
vanced shall not ne then expired or near expiring and 
in case of the non payment thereof to enter and take 
possession of the tracts or parcils of land and prem
ises in manner therein therein before mentioned 
and whereas defalt has been made by the said 
Moses Elias Levy in the payment of several of 
the said half yearly payments of interest at the 
rate and times and places mentioned in the said 
Indenture and the same are now due and
