at any time hereafter during the continuance of
these presents may be come due or owing for or in
respect of the said premises or any part thereof and
the same action or actions sute or sutes to prosecute
and follow or to discontinue or leave to arbi
tration if he shall see cause and also for her
and in her name but to and for her use to
grant bargain and sell and dispose of all
or any part or any part of the said several tracts
and parcils of land hereditaments and premises
with the appurtenances into upon and of which
he shall have so entered and taken possession as
aforesaid to such person or persons and for such price
and prices as to him shall seem fit and reasonable
and upon receipt of the purchase money or
any part thereof for her and in her name to give
sufficent receipts acquittences and discharges for
the same and as her act and deed to execute
seal and deliver such conveyances and assurances
in the law unto the purchaser or purchasers
thereof or any part thereof their heirs and
assigns forever as shall be needful and required
to be done in that respect and also for her and
in her name to release and discharge all the
mortgages executed to her by the said Moses Elias
Levy of the said several tracts and parcils of land
hereditaments and premises or of certain parts
thereof and which said mortgages executed
to her by the said Moses Elias Levy of the said
several tract and parcils of land hereditaments
and premises or of certain parts thereof and
which said mortgages are duly recorded in the
County of Saint Johns Teritory of Florida on
the 2nd day of May one thousand eight hundred |
