due there on either of and from the said Moses Elias 
Levy his executors administrators and ass***   And 
from the purchaser or purchasers of such part or parts 
of the said several tracts and parcils of land here
ditaments and premises or shall or may have been 
sold or mortgaged by the said Moses Elias Levy to 
any person or persons whomsoever and upon receipt 
thereof or of any part thereof for her and in her 
name proper an a sufficient acquittance releases 
and discharges to give for the same and also for 
her and in her name to attend and represent her at 
all or any ******* or meeting of the mortgagers or 
other creditors of the said Moses Elias Levy which 
shall or may at any time or times hereafter take 
place whensoever the same shall or may take be held 
and then and there to consent and agree to such 
measures as shall or may be deemed necessary for 
the recovery and recovering the whole and full amount 
of such principal sum and sums of money as 
shall or may be then due to the said Seraphina 
Chauveteau for or on account of the said sum of fifty 
thousand francs or of the said mortgage and of 
the said interest which shall or may be due 
thereon respectively and also for her and in her 
names to commence and prosecute any action 
sute or sutes or other proceedings in any court
