or court of law or equity for the recovery of the 
same or for any purpose connected there with and 
the same action or actions suite or suites to prossecute 
and follow or to discontinue or leave to arbitration 
if he shall see cause and generally to a purpose 
and transact all and all and every or any act 
or acts matter or matters thing or things lawful and 
necessary to be done for the entering into and upon and 
obtaining possession of the same several tracts and 
parcils of land hereditaments and premises with 
the appurtenances as mentioned and described and 
bargained sold and assigned to her the said 
Seraphina Chauveteau in and by the said herein 
before in part recited indenture  As aforesaid and 
for the recovery and receiving the said sum of fifty 
thousand francs and the interest now due and to 
accrue due thereon and every or any part thereof 
do due or owing to her from the said and by the 
said Moses Elias Levy as aforesaid and for all 
and every other purpose or purposes whatsoever men
tioned in these presents as fully and effectually to 
all intents and purposes whatsoever as if she the 
said Seraphina Chauveteau was personaly present 
and actually doing the same and for all or any 
of the purposes aforesaid she the said Seraphina 
Chauveteau doth hereby empower and constitute 
the said William Whashington Russel her 
her said attorney from time to time and at all 
times when he shall think exedient to substitute 
des  ate or appoint any other person or persons to be an 
attorney or attorneys agent or agents under him the 
said William Washington Russel and at pleasure 
to make any such substitution des*atation or ap
pointment the said Seraphina Chauveteau hereby giving
