Agent of claim personaly came and appeared 
Maria Seraphina Chauveteau nee Aloy alias 
Seraphina Chauveteau named in the aforesaid 
Instrument of writing and to me personaly well 
known and acknowledged that she did assign 
as as her act and deed deliver the same for 
the purposes therein set forth
		In testimony whereof I have hereunto 
		set my hand and seal of office at

Know all men by these present that I William 
W. Russel named in the annexed power of 
attorney having recently received express ******** 
to that effect from Maria Seraphina Chauveteau 
my constituent in the said annexed power of attorney 
mentioned do hereby constitute Moses Elias Levy the 
attorney of the said Maria Seraphina in my place to 
do every act and thing for and in behalf of the said 
Maria Seraphina which I could do if personly 
present by virtue of the said power of attorney
