for London and the dependancies thereof do hereby 
make known and certify to all whom it may concern 
that the rights Honorable Henry Winchester 
who hath attested the execution of the fore going 
instrument is Lord mayor and Chief Magistrate 
of the City of London aforesaid and that to 
all act by him so done full faith and credit 
are credit are and ought to be given in 
Judication and thereout
	In testimony whereof I have hereunto 
	set my hand and affixed the 
	seal of the consul of the United 
	States in London aforesaid this 
	sixth day of February in the year 
	of our Lord one thousand eight 
	hundred and thirty five and in 
	the fifty ninth year of the Indepen
	dance of the said United States
