This Indenture made the thirteenth day of June 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and thirty five - Between Moses Elias Levy of the 
Teritory of Florida of the first part and Joseph 
M. White of the same Teritory of the second part 
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part 
for and in consideration of the sum of three thou
sand Four Hundred Dollars lawful money of the 
United States of America to him in hand paid by the 
said party of the second part at or before the en
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained 
sold aliened remised released conveyed and con
firmed and by these presents doth grant bargain 
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto 
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and 
assigns forever Al that tract or parcil of land 
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the 
said Teritory of Florida and designated in the 
plat hereunto annexed Number (67) and the name 
of J.M. White containing sixteen hundred and 
sixty six acres being a part of a tract of twenty 
thousand acres confirmed to the said Moses Elias 
Levy by a decree of the Supreme Court of the United 
States as part of a grant of twenty two thousand 
acres Originally granted to George I.F. Clark on 
the seventeenth day of December Eighteen hundred 
and seventeen in the Hammock of Cuscorwillo and 
Chacuw West of the River St Johns and which 
said twenty thousand acres was so confirmed 
to the said Levy according to the survey of 
the 2nd of August Eighteen hundred and 
nineteen
