This Indenture made this the thirteenth day of 
of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight 
and thirty five - Between Moses Elias Levy of 
the first part and Philip Hone Esquire of the City 
and State of New York of the second part 
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for 
and in consideration of the sum of Three thousand 
Four hundred dollars lawful money of the United States 
of America to him in hand paid by the said party of 
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery 
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged hath granted bargained sold aliened 
remised released conveyed and confirmed and 
by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien 
remise release convey and confirm unto the said 
party of the second part and to his heirs and 
assigns forever all that Tract or parcel of land 
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the 
said Teritory of Florida and designated in a 
plat annexed to the deed of the said Moses Elias 
Levy to Joseph M. White and there with recorded by the 
number (3) three and the name P Hone containing 
sixteen hundred and sixty six acres being part of a Tract 
of Forty two thousand acres granted to George I.F. 
Clark on the seventeenth day of December Eigh
teen hundred & seventeen in the Hammock of 
Cuscuwillo & Chocula west of the River St Johns 
Forty thousand acres whereof were confirmed to the said 
Moses Elias Levy by the decree of the Supreme Court 
of the United States according to the survey of the 
second of August in the year eighteen hundred 
and nineteen  -- Together with all and singular 
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances 
there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and
