that case it shall be the right and privilege of 
the said John Parkhill (Trustee as aforesaid) 
upon giving sixty days notice in the paper called 
the Floridian published in the City of 
Tallahassee and given also written public notice 
at the vilage of Micanopa aforesaid to offer and 
sell at public outcry to the higest bidder the 
Land & Negroes aforesaid or so much thereof 
as may be necessary to satisfy and pay the full 
amount of the note aforesaid together with the 
interest and all regular expenses incident to 
the collection of the - It being dis***ly understood 
and provided however that if the said note should 
be canceled and paid when due then this 
deed shall cease to have effect and become 
null and void otherwise to remain in full 
force and virtue
