	Know all men by these presents 
that I Fernandes A. Underwood of the 
County and Teritory aforesaid for and in 
consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars 
to me in hand paid by John Standly of said 
County and Teritory the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged have bargained sold and 
transfered unto the said John Standly his heirs 
and assigns all my stock of cattle or intrest 
to any that I might have at to this date - 
which said cattle I do warrant and defend 
unto the said John Standly his heirs and 
assigns against myself my heirs or 
assigns and against the claim or claims 
of all other persons whatsoever
