			Know all men by these presents 
that the consideration which induced a deed of 
Trust executed by me me to John Parkhill 
Cashier of the Union Bank of Florida and bear
ing date at Micanopa Alachua County Florida 
the 21st of July 1835 having faled the said deed 
is hereby revoked and made to all intents & 
purposes null and void
		Witness my hand at Micanopa this 
22nd day of August 1835

Simon Beckham one of the above named 
evidences who having been duly sworn saith that he saw 
G. Humphrey sign the above instrument for the purposes 
contained and saw George Center subscribe the 
same as a witness and that he did likewise
