This Indenture made this twenty eighth day 
August in the year of our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and thirty - Between Joseph 
Delavante of London in the Kingdom of Great 
Britain and Seraphina Chauveteau of Paris in 
the Kingdom of France by Moses Elias Levy of Alachua 
in the Teritory of Florida their Attorney in fact 
by two certain Powers of Attorney th**** executed 
by the said Seraphina Chauveteau and bearing date 
the tenth day of January in the year 1829 and 
recorded in the Clerks Office in the County of 
Alachua in the Book of County records at pages 
140 to 150 the sixth day of July 1835 the 
other other executed by the said Joseph Delavante 
and bearing date the third day of February 
1835 and recorded in the said Book of County 
records at pages 151 to 153 the seventh day of 
July 1835 the parties of the first part and 
Nathaniel Lord of the City County and State 
of New York of the second part Whereas the 
said Moses Elias Levy by two certain Indentures 
of Mortgage bearing date respectively the one the 
twelfth day of January 1826 and the other 
the fifteenth day of March 1827 and the one 
recorded at St Augustine in the Teritory of 
Florida in Book G from page 11 to page 21 and 
the other recorded in Columbia County Courts 
Office in said Teritory - did for the consideration 
in the said Indentures of Mortgage respectively 
contained and for securing the monies therein 
mentioned and the payments thereof as therein 
contained specified Mortgage and convey 
unto the said Joseph Delavante and Seraphina 
Chauveteau of the first part
