thereof as aforesaid or which may have arisen from the making 
of these presents or the carrying the provisions of the same into effect 
and it is hereby agreed between the said  parties that this clause and the 
covenants and agreements  therein contained shall be considered and 
taken as a part of the foregoing indenture precisely as if the same had been 
inserted therein.  In witness thereof the said parties of have hereto set their 
hands and seals the ninth day of January One thousand Eight

St. Johns County	On the first day of February 1832 John Ker 
the subscribing witness to the within instrument of writing came before me 
the subscribe clerk of the county court for the County and Territory aforesaid 
and made oath that Gad Humphreys and John M. Hanson signed 
and sealed in his presence the said instrument of writing and acknowledged 
the same to be their Act and deed for the purposes therein contained whereupon 
I have recorded the same in Book J page 208
