certain Lands situate in the Teritory of Florida of 
which the Lands herein after contained are part 
and parcel - And whereas the said Lands lands 
herein after contained were conveyed by the said 
Moses Elias Levy to the said Nathaniel Lord 
by deed bearing date the thirteenth day of 
June One thousand eight hundred and thirty five 
subject to the aforesaid Mortgage And whereas 
the said parties of the first part at the desire 
and request of the said party of the second part 
have agreed to release and surrender to the 
said party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns the land herein after discribed and 
to accept and take the residue of the said 
Mortgaged Lands as their security for the sum 
of money remaining due upon the said Two 
Mortgages aforesaid and the Indenture thereof
     Now
	This Indenture witnesseth that the said 
parties of the first part in pursuance of said 
of said agreement and in consideration of 
one dollar lawful money of the United States 
to them in hand paid before the ensealing and 
delivery hereof by the said party of the second 
part have granted released assigned and 
made over and by these presents do grant 
release assign and make over to the said 
Nathaniel Lord party of the second part 
and to his heirs and assigns all that part of 
said Mortgaged Lands discribed and 
bounded as follows to wit all that tract 
or parcel of Land lying and being in the 
County of Alachua in the said Teritory 
of Florida designated on the plan
