This Indenture witnesseth that the said parties of the 
first part in pursuance of said agreement and in con
sideration of one dollar lawful money of the United 
States to them in hand paid at or before the ensealing 
and delivery hereof by the said party of the second 
part have granted released assigned and made over 
and by these presents do grant release assign and 
make over to the said Philip Hone party of the 
second part and to his heirs and assigns all 
that part of said Mortgaged Land discribed and 
bounded as follows to wit All that Tract or parcel 
of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua 
in the said Teritory of Florida and designated 
on the plan of said annexed to said Deed of 
said Moses Elias Levy    Joseph M. White and there 
with recorded by the Number Three (3) and the name 
P. Hone containing Sixteen hundred and sixty 
six Acres being part of a parcel of twenty two 
thousand acres granted to George I.F. Clarke on the 
seventeenth day of December Eighteen hundred and 
seventeen in the hammock of Cuscowillo and Cha****** 
West of the River St Johns Twenty thousand 
acres acres where of were confirmed to the said Moses 
Elias Levy by the decree of the Supreme Court of the 
United according to the Survey of the second of 
August in the year Eighteen hundred and nineteen 
with the hereditaments and appurtenances to the 
same belonging and all the right title and interest 
of the said parties of the first part of in or to the same, 
to the Intent that the said lands aforesaid and have 
conveyed  may be discharged from said two Mortgages 
so that the right of lands in said two mort
gages specified may remain to the said parties of 
the first part as heretofore
