Know all men by these presents that I
George Rawls of Alachua County in the Teritory of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
six hundred dollars in lawful money of the United
States to me in hand paid by Cotton Rawls and
John Standly Junior at and before the ensaeling
and delivery of these presents and the recept
whereof of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold transfered conveyed
and delivered and by these presents do grant
bargain sell transfer and deliver unto the said
Cotton Rawls and John Standly Junior all the
Stock of Black Cattle consisting of cows
calves heiffers Steers Bulls Oxen of all ages kinds
and discriptions Comprising two hundred head
be it more or less -- To have and to hold
the said aforementioned and discribed Cattle
to them the said Cotton Rawls and John
Standly Junior and to their heirs and assigns
forever - Without any let or suit disturbance
hindrance or molestation of or from myself
my heirs or assigns or of or from any other
person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim
in my right title or interest in or to the said
property or any part of it in any wise what
soever - In evidence however and it is
understood that the said Cotton Rawls and
John Standly Junior are to take the aforesaid
Cattle or they as they now run at large wheresoever
they may be found or whatsoever their number
the said George Rawls only selling
them his Stock of cattle without speculation
as to number or quality |
